Oh my gosh. I wish I would have called you guys first!! I have been out of water for 5 days!! You sent someone right out. I have been stood up and lied to by 5 others!!! You sent Dillon Martin out right away and he fixed the problem before I had to leave for work!! He was the nicest guy too!! I will highly recommend you and Dillon to everyone. Zach from Quality Plumbing came by my house today. He was very professional and fixed the job better than I would have expected. A well-known local competitor was going to charge $600 upfront with no commitment that it would fix the problem. Quality Plumbing's total bill was $175. It is a great feeling when your problem gets solved and you feel as though you were treated fairly.

Saturday was going to be a busy day, and to find that my sewer had backed up was not something I planned for (I know, never is). I have had Quality Plumbing out before, so I called once again seeking help. Their technician promptly returned my call and was able to come by my place shortly to help. He quickly saw what my problem was and went to work. I probably asked a ton of questions as he worked, and he was great at answering them. I never once felt that my calling him for help on a Saturday morning was an inconvenience to him. I appreciated that. Everything was cleaned up before he left. So once again, I have had a great experience with using QP and will continue calling them when I have plumbing needs! A big thank you once again!

Great people. Recommended from a friend. Call them and same day were at the house. I had a issue and rescheduled for the next day, no problem, right there next day. I was told by 2 other plumbers that my sewer line needed replacement due to a break in the line. Andy and his coworker came, inspected, cleaned the roots on my sewer line, re-inspected with camera and video recording, and there was NO break on the pipe. Others want to take money from you, but quality plumbing was honest from the beginning, great service and fair price. Would recommend them anytime.

These guys are awesome. I called this morning and they were very helpful and courteous. They listened patiently to my problem, they explained the possible causes and gave me suggestions. Explained their charges, which are very reasonable, for the various fixes that might be needed. No hard sell. I'm glad I called these guys first today, and I always will from now on.

Immediate, efficient, and diligent service. Zach and Ken responded within an hour of a sewer line backup, provided a crystal clear explanation of the problem and solution, and worked tirelessly to complete the job on a tight timeline. Not only did they do a great job, they cleaned up immaculately before they left. They are the only plumbing company I'll use in KC.

Had Zac and Dennis come out to work on the leak in our front yard. Quality was the first to call me back (Adam) and the only to come on a weekend. These guys were professional, prompt and knowledgeable; would definitely refer them to friends & family!

I left a message this morning and got a call back from Danny within 20 minutes. He kept me updated throughout the afternoon on his schedule and when he would make it to our house. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything he did in a manner that I understood. I'm confident in the work he did and will always use Quality Plumbing from here on out as well as reccomend them to everyone I know. Don't waste your time calling any other company.

I called Adam on a Wednesday about the possibility of my lines being clogged and on my call I mentioned that I reached out to Quality Plumbing because of the nature of the reviews and how positive people were speaking of their work.Fast forward to Friday, Nov. 16 and Brett showed up. Brett did his thing, we got to chatting, talked about going to the same high school, compared who we knew and grew up with and within what felt like a few minutes (really more like 45 minutes) Brett had diagnosed the problem and replaced the wax ring and was out the door. People like him and people with his work ethic are few and far between. I had to tip him separate from the invoice.Then it doesn't stop there. Less than 10 minutes after leaving he called me. "I saw something in the utility room that I want to come back and look at." My response, "Gladly." and I said that as I was leaving the house. He had caught an issue with the vent on my water heater that posed a potentially deadly threat to my family.I will be always grateful to Brett and Adam for being honest, humble, and respectful. You all do amazing work and that is deserving of a great review. Let me know if I can ever be a reference for you all for any customer, I'll gladly do it!

Called on a Saturday morning, and was able to get service completed in less than 2-hours after the phone call. JP did an awesome job communicating on when he would arrive, and thoroughly explained what was wrong with the water heater. Very professional and very happy with the work done. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

So I ran into a little bind on Sunday, 12/23. One of my toilets clogged up and I couldn’t get it to break free. So I’m not a plumber, nor do I know any plumbers I could call last minute, and especially it being around Christmas time. But I googled a 24 hour plumber in my area (I live in Smithville) and Quality Plumbing popped up. I read the reviews and I thought I would give them a shot. So I called Sunday afternoon, and about 24 hours later I received a text from Dan, asking me the situation was. I just told him I had a minor toilet clog that I couldn’t unclog myself, and asked him for assistance. He put me on the schedule for his tech to come out and at 1400 on Monday, 12/24 (Xmas eve) a tech came out helped me out of my jam. The tech was quick and friendly, and it only took him 5 minutes, in and out, and my toilet was good to go. I expected to pay a pretty penny, considering the holiday, and the 24 hour turn around time, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, and my toilet was flushing like it always does! Dan was extremely helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, and he’s one of the reasons, aside from the good work the tech did, why I would do business with them again!

Very pleased! I called with flooded basement issue at 7am. Dispatcher/schedule gave me a time window that worked around my work schedule. When I called back to check on ETA, he had the technician call me directly with more info and ETA. The technician, Dillon, did a great job. He drained my basement, and took every preventative measure he could to help clear the lines for my sump pump to work effectively. He adjusted all the leaky fittings, and gave me some great advice about upkeep on the sump pump and drains. Although price was not volunteered on my initial call, I thought the price charged was fair. Thank you!

Dillon Martin did a great job unclogging my plugged up kitchen drain. He was friendly and efficient, and he gave me good tips on how to do regular maintenance to keep my drain clear. Dillon deserves all the great Google reviews people have given him.

Had my faucet and garbage disposal replaced by Zack and I’m so glad I called these guys! They didn’t try to upsell me or anything which was so refreshing. VERY fairly priced, trustworthy and reliable. I will definitely call these guys for any plumbing needs in the future. 10/10!

Excellent, timely service! I went with Quality Plumbing on a referral from a work colleague. They worked our service request into their schedule for the day, calling as they were en route. Within an hour they arrived, solved our clogged pipe/drain issue, and left for a minimum service charge of only $140. To my neighbors in North Kansas City, you won't be disappointed with this company. Thanks!

Dillon was sent to my place of employment to resolve an issue with sewer gas smell. This was very important as this is a public retail facility and no one wants to shop with that kind of smell (and we sure didn't want to work in it either!). He quickly assessed the problem, offered multiple solutions and promptly got approval from our corporate office. He was efficient and neat. He made sure that we were aware of what he was working on at all times. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and I would recommend him for any future plumbing needs that you might have.

On a late Saturday afternoon I struggled to find a plumber willing and able to fit me in for an emergency (main home water line had to be shut off to avoid flooding in house). I was referred to Quality Plumbing by another plumber who I've used before! Dillon came out first thing on Sunday morning and fixed our issue within a short amount of time. He also helped with some advice on related plumbing stuff. Very timely, extremely friendly and helpful with good communication throughout. Very happy with Dillon's work and will definitely be using him (and Quality Plumbing) again. Highly recommended!

Called 7:30 on a Saturday morning. Ken who was on call, called us back within 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He came right out and it was the best customer service we have ever received from a plumbing company. Called at 420pm they had someone out by 500pm. Didn't catch the guys name but he called when he was on the way and unclogged my toilet from the dropped lotion bottle super quick. Had a great personality and stopped to pet the dog on his way out. Wasn't horrible expensive and I would recommend to others.

This is the second time I have reached out to Quality Plumbing to fix an issue with the house. Home warranty nightmare resolved with Quality Plumbing Inc. I called them for a water heater replacement and they arrived within a couple of hours. Adam, my first point of contact, was extremely professional, kind, and didn't waste any time getting someone to help us out. Our home warranty company (HWA) continued to play games and low-ball our payout for a new water heater. Unfortunately, Ken the service technician, had to wait for prior authorization in my garage while I was on the phone. He was very patient, positive, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Ken. After our wait, he replaced our old water heater quickly and efficiently. Now, we are operating as normal and I have a life-long plumbing service to rely on. These are the folks you want. Thank you Quality Plumbing Inc., you guys are awesome.

Great experience with this company. Started off rocky, as a backed up sewer line was not effectively dealt with and I felt the service man, while doing his best, was in over his head in this instance. I then was considering other plumbers. However after visiting with the owner, we came to an agreement where I trusted them to do the right thing. They sent Andy out for a new perspective and right away I recognized he was efficient and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved and I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly and charged what was very fair. I would no doubt hire them again and would make a stated preference for Andy!!

We recently hired Quality Plumbing to cap a gas line and fix a toilet. We had a great experience. This company and employees are truly amazing. I called in a bind this morning needing my sink drain and tubing fixed, as well as a grabage disposal reinstallation. It was last minute but they were able to get me in same day. The technician who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed everything and cleaned everything up. He even made sure everything looked perfect. Then it cost even less than I was quoted. Overall, an amazing experience and I definitely recommend them. I will be using them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

We had two problems: a bad fill valve and shut off valve in a toilet and a leaking pipe in the basement. Quality Plumbing's courteous and helpful scheduler got us an appointment quickly. Kenneth called to tell us when he would arrive; he was on time, professional, skilled, personable, courteous, and fast. While the toilet fixes were quick, the pipe was in a very awkward, difficult to access place on the ceiling. Kenneth did a great job fixing the leak quickly and securely and cleaning up. He surprisingly, but politely, refused a tip, saying the company takes good care of him. The cost was very fair. I will absolutely contact Quality Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.

I had a leak from my main water shut off valve. Called around to several plumbers to get quotes. Being a new home owner, I was overwhelmed with all the things going wrong, including having no hot water. I called and spoke with Dan, who listened patiently and asked questions to help troubleshoot over the phone. When he realized a service call would be needed, he arranged for Zach to come out the same day. Zach arrived in the afternoon after letting me know he was on his way. They did an excellent job installing 3 water bottle fillers with drinking fountains at my place of employment. They paid attention to detail and even did some retrofits to 1) make it easier for us to maintain the filters and 2) help the fountains to best fit in the existing space. Brett did a great job with our all of our sink and toilet installations after remodeling. He double-checked everything, was on time and didn't leave a mess. It was everything you would want for your plumbing needs. There were no high pressure attempts to convince us we needed anything other than what he was installing. Would highly recommend and we'll be using them again in the future! We couldn't be happier with the results.

We had a bit of an emergency situation with 2 properties that we were putting on the market and time was very limited based on having to close on the houses. One of our homes the basement flooded and the other we had to do maintenance on the pipes and water heater. JP provided prompt and efficient service. We have used Quality Plumbing a couple times and when we had water issues today, they were our first call. Brett White was extremely friendly and taught me a few things about my water lines, water meter, and things to look for in the event of future water issues. I appreciate his through attention to our concerns in addition to being extra polite to my chatty kids. 🙂 We'll definitely be using Quality Plumbing again!

I have use Quality Plumbing for several years will continue using them because they are skilled, quick to resolve my plumbing issues, and always leave the job clean and neat. Most recently we had to replace a water heater and we were getting ready to leave town for a week. Brett came out within 2 hours and set up the installation of a new water heater. He and Quality Plumbing worked around our schedule and did a great job of installing our water heater. Also, in December 2019 Josh installed a new water line into our garage to water our winter plants and did a very good job in great time and very concerned about the expense to customer. Both Brett and Josh left the work areas clean and neat.

Called and they agreed to come out THE SAME DAY. Then, the issue turned out to be minor. Instead of ripping us off and pretending it WAS a major issue, he explained what the issue was, did minor service, and charged for a house visit only - he could have really taken advantage of us but didn't. They were punctual and responsive. He gave me tips on how to avoid the issue in the future, so GREAT quality and was honest which, to me, was really amazing. Brett was amazing and, to top it all off, was a CHIEFS fan. What more could any Kansas City customer want?

Josh was the best! On time, professional demeanor, fast, & neat. Couldn't even tell anyone had been here when he left. Price was as quoted so nothing unexpected. He really knew what he was doing & cleaned up the maze a flipper had built years ago. New water heater & exterior faucets. I'm very satisfied & will be using Quality Plumbing for all my future needs.

Very happy with Quality Plumbing and their tech Andy. I called in the morning hoping to get a plumber out same day to look at my water heater. Andy was onsite within a couple hours and made the repair at a good price. He was also very friendly and nice to our puppy too. 😀

Tenant turned off the heat at Christmas and went out of town for 10 days. Pipes burst and got another company to come out and "fix" the leaks, but they capped off the pipes to the basement shower. Called Dan and he sent someone out to put new copper pipes and fix the shower. Great work - will use them again!

Drain overflowed while washing clothes Thursday morning. Tried to clear it ourselves, no luck. Friday morning called Quality. We were told they were all booked up, but could come out Friday evening on overtime. Got a call back around 6 Friday that a big emergency came up and we’d have to move to Saturday morning. As the day progressed they continued to call and let us know what time they would be here. Very very pleased with the great communication. JP was our plumber and we were so happy with his courteous, professional and friendly manner. He initially thought we might have a broken cast iron drain pipe, as the snake brought up some mud. After a thorough snaking it brought back tree roots as the culprit. Drain was flushed out and is running clear now. Quality Plumbing is going to be our plumber from now on. Great work JP and many kudos to everyone for their friendly and professional communication!

I live in an older home and have occasional plumbing issues. Our Water Heater was starting to fail and so I called Quality Plumbing after reading the excellent reviews. They came promptly and installed both the water heater and the expansion tank. They also made sure the tank was level and plumb as the basement floor slopes toward the drain nearby. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Had a sewer smell coming out of one of our extra bedrooms. Contacted Pete Gray and they had a guy out within the hour. The plumber that came over was very professional and knowledgeable and found out that it was nothing more then water that had become stagnant in the trap in our shower from not being used in months. We were given some suggestions and told simple steps we could do to correct the issue. I just had the most amazing experience. I live alone in an old house with one bathroom. Toilet started acting up on Thursday. Sluggishly flushing. Stopped up completely on Friday. I had been plunging it ever since but couldn't get it to to flush. Finally called plumber on Saturday afternoon. Jake was working another job in KCKS, but said he would stop by on his way home--no matter what time it was. Was thrilled to hear this news. He called about two hours later and said he was on his way. He makes his way to bathroom and jiggles something and lo and behold (!) I hear it flush. THEN--he refused to charge me anything. I guess all the plunging had some effect. Anyway, I certainly don't expect to get my plumbing done for free, but you can bet that when I need a plumber again I will call Jake at Quality Plumbing!!! What a wonderful way to do business. Good karma!!! Am recommending this company to ALL my friends.

Quality Plumbing (QP) was quick to get back to me to schedule the work, and was able to work around my schedule and still find a time to perform the work within 72 hours. The Plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was able to quickly identify the problem and consulted me on whether or not he was okay with moving forward with fixing the problem. He worked quickly. I was surprised at how quickly everything was completed. He was very friendly and pleasant without losing sight of the job to be done. He had my best interest in mind versus maximizing the bill. I give QP an A+ for the quick scheduling, quick work, and great service.
